Secrets Shared stores offer a variety of quality products and great prices. All merchandise is new, shipped into our warehouses direct from quality manufacturers. We have two manufacturers that import from United Kingdom.
We are a stocking dealer of Master Herbalist, Ltd. including the prestigious William Morris designed drawer liners.
We also import the world renowned Lotil Skin Care and Foot Care Creams.

Our business began in 2002 in Buffalo Grove IL serving Chicago and the suburbs. In 2003, we relocated to Michigan City, IN and expanded our product lines to include health, beauty, spa, remedy, wellness products. We are always looking and researching the next best thing.
Product Inventory
We maintain a large inventory of items to offer you on an ongoing basis. On rare occasions, if we are out of a particular item due to unexpected demand, we will notify you immediately and offer you an alternate selection of equal or greater value. We also change our product offerings frequently to give you access to a fresh array of interesting and new products.

We have made our site easy to navigate, using a familiar and simple shopping cart. Ordering products from Shopify is quick and easy and takes just a few short steps. After you select your items, you'll be guided through to the order summary and checkout process.
Skin Care items: we do not accept any returns of opened or used merchandise due to IN State Health Rules and Regulations. There is a 20% re-stock charge for approved returns of unused/unopened products. Please contact customer service for an RMA # prior to returning any items.
Return Policies
RMA #s needed for all returns.
Return policies may vary depending upon the item purchased. Please keep in mind that if you use the product, it cannot be returned. Health-related products such as Skin Care and topicals, haircare or skincare and related equipment so any items of this nature are not returnable. Any items opened or used are not returnable due to our health rules and regulations.
Email or phone us if you need specific return information on the item you are thinking of purchasing and we can provide you with additional information including policies before making your purchase since there can be a 20% re-stocking fee. RMA numbers are required on any returns for all the stores. No merchandise is accepted at our warehouses without an RMA assigned number.
Any returns are made at the buyer's expense and must be shipped back by an insured carrier so that you have a receipt in case the return is lost by the carrier.
Secrets Shared is not responsible for any return merchandise lost by carriers. Claims for losses must be made by the buyer directly with the carrier. Ship through an insured carrier and keep your receipt in case of loss.
Please remember as we stated above, we do not accept merchandise back that has been used. Original shipping charges, as with other online retailers, are not refundable.
